On our RV trips, we usually have breakfast at the campground, and either pack a picnic lunch if we're going to a national park or get lunch out if we're in a city visiting museums. We tend to cook dinner at the campground too.
This trip, it's been a little different. When we camped outside of Denver, we would often get back too late to start a fire to cook. In eastern Utah, it was often too hot to cook over a grill. In Santa Fe and Colorado Springs, there are fire bans because of high fire risks, so grilling isn't an option.
We look forward to cooking outside when we get to South Dakota, where it will be cool at night and no fire bans are in place.
