Henry's Review of the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo

I really liked the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo.

It had lots of animals we haven't seen before and there's some animals there I really like.

They had a porcupine there.  He just stayed there with his hands up chewing on lettuce.  Then he would pick up another piece and started eating again.  Then when people came by and were talking, he turned around and stuck his quills out at us.

There was an elephant there that was relaxing.  He put his trunk on the on wall in his area.

We saw a spectacled bear climb up a tree in his area.  Then we walked to see the grizzly bears.  They were playing but it looked like they were fighting.  One was in the water and he was hitting a ball up in the air and splashign to get it.

I really wanted to see a mountain lion in the wild, but we never did.  It was good to see four of them in the zoo.  We also saw a mountain goat, which was cool.

I really liked feeding the giraffes.  Mom took a video of me doing it.  I also got to pet a baby wallaby after we watched a wallaby in the Wallaby Walk area.
